Pour a cap-full of Ayurvedic Eye Rinse into the cup, gently press over the eye and tilt the head back and blink. Dispose of used liquid and pour another cap-full for the other eye. Rinse cap well between uses. Use once a day in the morning or as needed to ease irritation. Always wash hands before touching your eye.
