We will gladly refund your product if the packaging arrived damaged or the protection seal was broken. Custom orders are non returnable.
Clothing & leather:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer free returns within 14 business days following delivery. Simply initiate a return request by click on the Start A Return button at the end of the page, then search by your order number or account email. An return label will be emailed to you after completing the return form and your refund will be processed after receiving your return.
We only accept returns of unworn/unwashed fashion merchandise with tags still attached. Custom orders are non returnable.
